GUIDANCE FOR THE DAY [04.17.24]
Today, I got called to pull a card from two very different decks. I feel their energies contrast in a way. You can probably tell just by looking at the cards, but for whatever reason, I was drawn to using these two.
So, with these cards coming out together, I’m getting this sense of opening yourself up to the divine and not allowing fear of rejection or persecution to hinder your true path/power/magic. To be authentic and free in your essence and on your spiritual and ‘mundane’ path, for they are connected.
I’m getting the sense that there is a need for wholeness as you step into the light. Yes, there may be an aspect of people who will judge you in a negative way “but know that you can’t be burned at the stake for we are too strong to be washed away,” I just heard.
I feel, by looking at these cards that there’s this sense of needing to take your power back, to stand up for what you feel is right and to find this part of yourself that you may have kept hidden out of fear, shame, or guilt about who you may be “perceived as” but there’s this thought of, “Fuck it”, LOL, and when I say that, I mean, this thought of, Who cares if people will judge, a lot of folks place judgement and ridicule on others out of their own fear and shame. They tend to want to keep people where they’re at rather than do the work to break free from any cycles that are keeping us all down…
So, with these cards, I’m getting the idea to allow yourself to be you… trust in your gifts and your power and let it shine, for you. There’s nothing to be ashamed of when you’re being your authentic self. Don’t allow the people who refuse to ‘see more’/’be more’ to try and convince you to ‘see less’/’be less’.

8. Dynasty of the Divine Mother:
“The only wish of the Divine Mother Goddess is that all beings be spiritually free. The Divine Goddess calls us to realize our true nature, to fall in love with our own divinity. It is very exciting and yet it will not take you away from the world or your loved ones, as you might have feared subconsciously, beloved, it will simply make your light stronger, bringing blessings and peace through your being into the world and your relationships each day. Your personal enlightenment will help the planet in so many ways. You will become a stronger spiritual light to which others can look so that they can find their way more clearly.
You are being asked to surrender ideas about what enlightenment may look or feel like and to realize where it is already emerging within you. You will also receive guidance about your spiritual practice on a daily basis soon. You may be drawn to meditate in a different way, to work with sacred words and prayers…healing arts… or regular ‘wellness practices.' Listen to your heart-it knows unity and has the seed of enlightenment already within it-and follow your inner guidance. Thai is the luminous pathway to divine realization and living your everyday enlightenment. The Divine Mother has gratitude for you as a part of her spiritual legacy, a member of the Dynasty of the Divine Mother.
This card is also guidance not to fear if your spiritual path appears to be losing some focus to matter in the day-to-day world. Your spiritual focus will return when the time is right, but for now, look to what is happening in your life as spiritual practice and trust that you are progressing with perfection. Enlightenment doesn't have to happen in an obviously spiritual place. Our life can be a temple of our Soul growth if we were open to it from the heart. Let your heart rest peaceful, knowing that your spiritual light is shining bright and glowing deeply.”
39. Witch Hunt~Persecution:
“Stand Strong; no longer can you be burned, drowned, or stoned for your beliefs.”
“As a witch you may be no stranger to finger pointing, persecution, and accusations. Those who still proclaim baseless accusations towards magical folk are, in effect, witch hunters; they no longer have a place in our world. It is time to stand up and be counted, along with all those brave witches who were hunted down for their beliefs, power, and magick across the Western world. Be proud of who you are and step fearlessly out of the broom closet with your pointy hat held high, for you were born with a gift that was passed down from your witchy ancestors, from those whose untold hardships followed a dedicated magickal path that has been misunderstood throughout the centuries. Don’t allow the stigma of sorcery to hold your power back or feel you have to justify your way of the ancients.
When you are accused of being in league with the devil and when you are mocked for your beliefs, you may feel as though you’re drowning in a sea of judgment, just like the poor innocent witches of old who were unfairly tried in inequitable ducking trials. Think again if you believe that witch hunts are a thing of the past: how often have you been slighted for your quirky ways? When you’re different and when you have power that another wishes for themselves you become a threat, albeit unwittingly.
It is time to clear the timelines and protect yourself from threatening harm thats intended for you via jealousy, fear, and discrimination. When you make a stand as a witch of the craft and when you cant be swayed into reacting to incitement, the persecutions of yesteryear will be healed.
As those past accusations are released, a magickal resonance will surge through you, invoking a force within to stand strong, to speak up in truth and be proud to call yourself a witch and follower of the old ways.”
