With these two cards coming out, I'm getting the sense that someone may be dismissing their inner voice and intuition at this time in order to avoid an inevitable outcome that may cause some (temporary) hurt.

The High Priestess comes out to tell us to listen to our intuition, for we hold the answers we are seeking, within.

The Knight of Cups comes out reversed showing us we may be romanticizing a certain situation to our detriment or avoiding something important.

Together, I feel like these cards are asking us to take off the rose-colored glasses and see the truth of the matter.

Both of these cards point to 'thinking things through', so I'm feeling like this weekend either someone is 'mulling' over a decision or will be presented with something that they need to take time to think about.

I also just heard, "Listen to your gut, what is holding you back?"- And I feel like this has to do with someone avoiding or refusing to take action on something, so these cards are asking you to take a step back and look at what is stopping you from taking clear action- Are these self-imposed limiting ideas or are there actual steps that you could take to move forward in your circumstances- also, Ask yourself: What is a simple step I can take in moving forward? [So, that it doesn’t feel as scary, and you may be less inclined to avoid taking action.]

On another note- With the Ace of Cups on the bottom of the deck, I'm feeling like there is an opportunity here to see the truth and move forward with it; as well as a thought of this possible incoming guidance, idea, etc. having a personal impact akin to the growth and awakening you’ve been seeking- 

and with all this watery energy, I'm getting the sense of something either being very emotionally charged/related, or something having to do with one's creativity, intuition, and for some, even romance. [Also, possibly dealing with a water or air sign.]

✨Other Meanings:

-Avoid making snap decisions.

-I'm also feeling this idea of trusting your gut when someone comes in with an offer that seems too good to be true. [“Read the fine print” just popped into my mind.]

-”Take one task at a time, planned out with thought and emotion.”

-Your heart and your gut may be on opposing sides when dealing with something that, at its core, you are passionate about-Listen to your intuition to see the truth of the situation.

-For someone specific, these cards are asking you to trust what your intuition is telling you about that fuckboi playing games with your heart who is probably emotionally unstable and a player- either that or someone is coming in that will seem like the ‘pick of the litter’, like they’re romantic and charming, but this is just a show- I’m hearing, ‘don’t fall for the charade.’

-Also, this concept of, ‘Having an unrealistic idea/image of someone and refusing to listen to the truth within because you seem to want to get swept up in the fantasy. - This will only hold you back in the long run, so watch out.

-Don't let the daydream block your inner knowing.
