FINDING THE STILLNESS 🧿🧘♂️
I was called to share a card this morning. I woke up around 5AM and for whatever reason I wanted to do it right then.
I've been enjoying pulling cards from this training deck rather than a tarot or oracle deck because I feel like it gives advice and an activity/some sort of direction. So, in doing all this, the "Finding the Stillness" card came out and with it I feel like someone needs to stop for a moment. Take a pause to recharge. Rest, recover, and give themselves a needed day so that they may come back to action with a clear mind and refreshed sense to 'fight' for or towards something.
Remember, it's okay to take a break. If you hit burn out, you're not going to be able to do anything the way you want to, so if your body is saying to give yourself some time. Do it.
I'm hearing, "You'll need to be at 100% for whatever is coming next, so take this time to fuel up."
Card Overview:
"When communicating with the Other-Side, it's important to start by clearing your thoughts, which is a form of stilling your mind. Meditation helps to construct a bridge between the two realms by raising your consciousness. By meditating, you're making room for departed loved ones to imprint their thoughts on your mind.
When developing your spiritual abilities, meditation is an essential part of your training and development. Meditation is a state of being in which your active mind slows down; it's a time of quiet reflection to achieve clarity. With time and practice, meditation can take you to a place where you silence your mental chatter. In doing so, you become increasingly aware of the subtle and shifting energies within you.
It may seem impossible, but you can actually train yourself to watch your thoughts come into your mind and go right out again, much like the ebb and flow of ocean waves. Soon, disruptive and unwanted thoughts will lose their power to influence your consciousness.
There are many ways to meditate. Try different practices and find the one that works best for you.
Try meditating for 10 to 15 minutes at first. As you become more proficient, gradually extend the length of time. Try to meditate at the same time every day and, if possible, in the same place - doing so builds up the energy in that space. Not only will you feel the calm energy in this place, but you'll also strengthen the bridge with the Other-Side."

-Silence the mind to get clarity for the next action/next steps.
-Keep yourself hydrated and your body fueled.
-Try different forms of meditation to find out which one works for you.
-Try Breathing Methods for stillness.
-Take a break from something so you can come back to it with fresh eyes and passion.
-You're allowed to rest (in fact, it is necessary so that you don't burn out.)
-Get in touch with your inner knowing and your guides.
