I HAD A DREAM ABOUT...
The Earthquake.
Now, normally, I start these dream entries with a semi-big intro and go into the when's and what's of previous dreams that I want to share- but not today.
Today, I have to share this with you guys because I'm still a little -baffled? lol.
Last night, I dreamt there was an Earthquake. In the dream I was in some sort of basement type place and there were a few people that I didn't recognize but there was also my niece. In the dream I remember this random part where I saw a greenish door on the wall and when I opened it, it was a long staircase that led all the way down into the dark. It looked almost cave-like and definitely spooky. I immediately closed the door and was like, "Oh, that's creepy," and the guy that was behind me (don't know who he was) just agreed and we laughed.
Then some shaking started... and I went to my niece, and I tried to tell her that we need to get to the doorframes. We were both in one, but it wasn't enough for two people, so I moved across to another door frame and allowed her to stay in the thicker one.
What I remember is that I kept hearing or 'knowing' it was a "6.5 earthquake"- and I remember feeling the vertigo from all the shaking. Then I woke up.
I grabbed my phone and voice messaged my friend and told her about it. I always tell her about my weird dreams, lol, so this isn't uncommon, but-
There was an earthquake.
Not a 6.5 but a 4.7 and it was from Jersey to a few surrounding places.
Now- my niece, the one that was in the dream with me, lives in Jersey. Where my sister said was the 'epicenter' of the quake.
(If you guys could see my eyes bugging out of my head, you'd laugh.)
Now, I hadn't directly felt anything. I was in the middle of my work out when my windows started shaking and I was like, "what the f--- was that?" but I didn't put two and two together.
I texted my sister, like, "Yo, I just had a weird experience..." and then finished off by telling her about my dream.
A few minutes later she texted me back and said, "There was an earthquake."
I was in shock. I think I still am a little bit, just because -wow. Lol.
But... this is where things get complicated, because- How should I have known that this was going to really happen? Telling precognitive dreams apart from just wacky regular dreams is difficult and sometimes I feel like I just have to wait until things happen...which sucks, if you think about it.
Because I don't want to scare people with certain things and be wrong, but I also don't want to be right, and I could've warned them. I think I'm always going to opt for 'warning' just in case, but this experience just opened my eyes to trusting myself more in what stands out in my dreams and whatnot.
I hope that this all made sense. Today, it was not all tied up neatly in a bow, I really just needed to come on here and share this whole thing with you all, so I hope that you guys get it, lol.
Anyway, I hope everyone is safe, and it also kind of makes me wonder what the greenish door and the long creepy staircase means... so yea, I guess we'll come back to that at some point, lol.
I wish you all a Happy and Safe Friday, and weekend, and I'll catch you soon!
Blessed Be🔮
